Looking for a place to hold your next function, meeting, or celebration? The multipurpose rooms and kitchen are available for rental. Please complete the Facility Rental Request Form below, note this is a request form only and does not guarantee your rental.
If yes, you will need to submit proof of non-profit 501 (c)(3) status.
If yes, please contact Town Clerk for proper licensing/permitting.
If you plan to serve alcohol at any of the above locations, you must complete the Open Container Permit Application form and submit it to the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall. This form is available online at erieco.gov. For more information, please contact the Town Clerk at 303-926-2730.
If yes, food is permitted in the community room(s), but all cooking must occur off-site.
If yes, all marketing materials and/or communication must indicate, “The Town of Erie does not sponsor or endorse this event or the activity associated with the event.”
If yes, all decorations must be installed during the time specified in the permit. Nothing is to be attached to the painted walls, ceilings, partition walls or partition door tracks. Masking tape may be used to attach decorations to the windows and/or metal window/door frames. Or decorations may be affixed to the partition walls with magnets (available upon request).
Please list number of round tables, rectangle tables, and chairs needed.

If my application is approved, I agree to the following:
All persons to whom permits have been granted must agree in writing to hold the town, its employees and agents harmless, and indemnify same from any and all liability for injury to persons or property occurring as a result of the activity sponsored by permittee and said person shall be liable to the town for any and all damage to parks,
recreation facilities and equipment owned by same, which results from or during the activity of permittee or is caused by participant in said activity.
