The Erie Municipal Airport is rated for 12,000 pound single-axle aircraft. A larger turbo prop (King Air or Cheyenne) is about the largest aircraft that is normally received. Most operations are light singles and some helicopter operations.
The airport runway is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year unless closed for repairs or snow removal. The FBO is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
