Do I need a permit for our Block Party?
Yes. You must complete an "Application for Block Parties/Street Closures" available through the Town Clerk's Office.

Do I need to apply for a business license?
All commercial or home occupation businesses located in or doing business within the town limits of Erie are required to apply for a Business / Home Occupation License. For more information, contact the Community Development Department at 303-926-2770 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Does the Town of Erie require dogs to be licensed?
Every owner of a dog over six months of age shall have the animal licensed within 30 days after it is brought into the town. For further information, contact the Finance Department at 303-926-2700 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Do I need a permit for our Block Party?
Yes. You must complete an "Application for Block Parties/Street Closures" available through the Town Clerk's Office.
