How long will the instructor hold my reservation before giving my spot away to another patron waiting to get into the class?

For your safety, we do not allow participants to join classes more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The first 10 minutes of a group fitness class is typically a time to warm up and joining class without aa proper warm up is likely to result in a n injury. Patrons are given a 10-minute grace period- should you be running late on occasion. After 10 minutes, your spot/bike in class will be given to someone on the waiting list.
