A Land Use Application and Fee is required for each Planning review process. The application type and fee for submittal are on the second page of the application. Other related fees such as Impact Fees, Development Fees and Engineering and Building Fees are in the Fee Schedule.
Before filing a Land Use Application and Fee, please submit a Pre-Application form and supporting materials and the Planning Division will schedule a virtual pre-application meeting for you with staff. Applications can be submitted electronically and a virtual meeting can be scheduled by contacting the Planning Division at planningapplication@erieco.gov.
