COGCC Rulemaking Public Comment &
Listening Session

The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) is hosting a SB-19-181 rule making public comment and listening session on the topics of flowline, alternative location analysis, mission change, and cumulative impacts in Erie.

The formal stakeholder process for SB 19-181 rulemakings will begin at a later date, but in an effort to solicit comments regarding the SB 19-181 rule makings early and in different locations around the state, the COGCC will accept public comments on each of the rule making topics at the listening session on September 26 in Erie.

COGCC staff will also be available to answer questions. The public is invited to attend in-person, or listen-in.


You're invited to attend in-person on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 4 - 7:30 p.m. at the Erie Community Center (Briggs Room), 450 Powers Street, Erie, CO.

Please use online forms on the COGCC website to request time to present comments or submit written comments to the Commission. Written comments may also be submitted vial email to: cogcc.hearings_unit@state.co.us.
