Survey Results

The National Research Center, based in Boulder, Colorado presented the results from the 2019 Erie Community Survey. Among the items to celebrate is several above national average ratings, and that 92 percent of residents feel Erie is an excellent place to raise a family. For full results visit

Four Corners Master Plan

The Board of Trustees approved a contract with DPZ CoDesign LLC to develop a master plan for Erie’s Four Corners (the intersection of Erie Parkway and County Line Road).  Town staff have been working with property owners, representatives from adjacent neighborhoods, developers, the Urban Land Institute Technical Advisory Panel (ULI TAP) and others to determine how best to create a thriving area with a unique sense of place. DPZ CoDesign is an internationally recognized firm with decades of experience.

Veterans Memorial

The National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Indian Peak Chapter, proposed the construction of a Veteran's Memorial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The Society plans to raise the funds necessary and coordinate a celebration with the Town.


Nine Mile Corner

On Tuesday the Trustees approved two resolutions involving the Nine Mile Corner. The first is an extension for the developer, and the second is a service plan to help finance the infrastructure for the development. 

Town Staff expects to receive development renderings and a timeline in the coming month.
