Crack Sealing: August - October

Beginning August 5, 2019 through the end of October, a Department of Public Works contractor will begin applying a hot poured crack seal material to arterial and collector streets as well as streets within Vista Point, Vista Ridge, Grandview, Erie Commons, and Arapahoe Ridge neighborhoods.
 
Work will be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic may be reduced to single-lane use. The Town will advise affected residents with a door hanger and ‘No Parking’ signage.
 
The Town of Erie requests that residents, pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists:

• Avoid the construction area; alternate routes are advised
• Reduce speeds and pay close attention to flaggers and traffic control signs
• Keep parked vehicles in driveways until work has been completed
