County Road 6 & County Road 7 Intersection Cone Zone

Beginning the week of May 6, 2019, road work will begin at the intersection of County Road 6 and 7. The work will include pavement milling and overlay of the intersection as part of the Crestone Peaks Liquids Hub Facility work. Work is expected to continue through the week, weather permitting. 
 
Work hours will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  The construction may involve daytime lane shifts with possible lane closures in effect from 9:00 am through 4:00 pm on County Road 6 and County Road 7.  After work hours, both lanes will be open with some uneven surface areas.
 
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area during work hours. Traffic control signage, delineators and flaggers will be on site to enable travel through the construction area in a timely and safe manner. Delays may occur and alternate routes are strongly recommended.
