Northridge Subdivision Cone Zone - April 29

Beginning the week of April 29, 2019, construction in the Northridge Subdivision at Fletcher Drive and Baker Lane will begin. This work is part of the Morgan Hills development to create a water connection. Construction will take approximately two (2) weeks to complete, weather permitting. 
 
The construction will involve a daytime lane closure of northbound Fletcher Drive between
County Road 10 ½ and Baker Lane. Work hours will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.   After work hours, both lanes will be open with some uneven surface areas.
 
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area during work hours. Traffic control signage, delineators and flaggers will be on site to enable travel through the construction area in a timely and safe manner. Delays may occur and, if at all possible, it is advised to access and exit the subdivision via Fletcher Drive onto County Road 1 ½ until the work is completed.
