Historic Preservation Advisory Board Vacancy
The Town of Erie Board of Trustees is seeking citizens who are interested in volunteering their time in public service to the community by serving on the Town of Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board. Erie residents who are professionals in preservation-related disciplines, such as architecture, architectural history, archaeology, history, planning, American studies, American civilization, cultural geography or cultural anthropology are highly encouraged to apply.
The Town of Erie Historic Preservation Advisory Board meets to discuss issues related to the preservation of historic structures, documents and artifacts in Erie. The board reports to the Board of Trustees in an advisory capacity. Commissioners are appointed by the Board of Trustees in staggered four-year terms. All Board and Commission members must be a resident of the Town of Erie. Interested citizens can complete an application online.
