Erie Community Park Driveway Remediation -
Erie Parkway

Construction is scheduled to start on Monday, April 18 for remediation of the former oil and gas driveway located on Erie Parkway at Erie Community Park. ECI Site Construction Management, the contractor, will remove the driveway, install curb and gutter, sidewalk, and landscaping.
 
The work will take place on Erie Parkway in one westbound lane between Briggs and Powers streets, just southwest of Boulder Community Health. Traffic will be shifted down to one lane around the work area during daytime hours to allow for construction.
 
Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to be aware of construction traffic and pay close attention to traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area during work hours.

Traffic control signage and delineators will be on-site and indicate traffic pattern shifts and the work zone closed to thru traffic. Work is expected to be complete on April 22.
All dates are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions and weather delays. Updates will be sent out as needed to update the schedule.
