Happening Now: #NCAR Fire Evacuations - Erie is NOT threatened at this time


If you are, or you know of anyone hiking or recreating near NCAR please EVACUATE NOW! Personnel are in the area evacuating hikers.

This is being called the #NCARFire The Boulder Emergency Operations Center has been activated. Wireless Emergency Alerts have been sent to ALL cell phones within a 1/4 mile radius from NCAR. The message is to EVACUATE the area due to fast-moving wildfire.

Please don’t call 911 unless you see active flames near your home. At this time Erie is not threatened. If anything changes we will update.
