Daytime lane Closures to WCR 5 north of Soaring Heights on Monday, Nov. 8

On Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, as part of the continuing WCR5 Improvements, IHC Scott will install water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer lines in WCR5 north of the Soaring Heights School.

The work is expected to last two weeks and will require a single lane closure. The roadway will be fully accessible at the end of each day. Traffic control signage and flaggers will be in place to route traffic around the construction.

Detours
Northbound traffic is suggested to use Colliers Parkway west to Colliers Blvd and southbound traffic is suggested to use WCR10 west to Colliers Blvd to detour around the construction. This work is being done to provide utility service to new developments within the Colliers Hill neighborhood.
 
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area. Delays may occur and alternate routes are strongly recommended.
