Notice of Plug and Abandonment

The Town of Erie received notice from Crestone Peak Resources regarding Plug and Abandonment Operations at their Costigan 24-20 well site, which is located outside Erie limits north of WCR 6 and east of Green Mill Road, near Green Mill Sportsman’s Club.

lug and Abandonment Operations are expected to last approximately 2 to 4 days beginning 11/2/2021. Emissions control equipment will be in place throughout the operations, and the facility is currently in the process of being dismantled and removed now so that there will no longer be any equipment or wells at this location.
