Coordinated Election BallotsVoter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) will be open on Monday, Oct. 25, for early voting for the November 2 Coordinated Election. Success! Litter Pickup EventThe one-day litter pickup was a resounding success! Thank you to the 25 participants who collected and bagged roughly 60 pounds of litter. Can you believe that participants pulled a tire and traffic/construction barrel out of Coal Creek as well? In addition, participants practiced fishing skills and hooked 35 recyclable bottles and cans from the river! "We were surprised how clean Erie already was! Sure, we picked up some litter, but it was less than we expected to collect. Hats off to the Parks team; they keep our community looking great," said Andrew, a litter pickup participant. To hear about the next litter pickup event, sign up for the Sustainability NotifyMe Alerts or contact SustainableErie@erieco.gov.
