Arapahoe Road and Northbound Hwy 287

On Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the contractor (Brinkmann) for the developer (Evergreen) will be performing work in the CDOT ROW on the east side of the intersection of Highway 287 and Arapahoe Road. The work will be in the northbound turn lane from Arapahoe Road onto 287 as part of the Nine Mile Corner Commercial Subdivision project.

The construction will involve lane closures of the turn lane on Arapahoe Road onto northbound 287.

Traffic control signage, delineators, and flaggers will be on-site to enable motorists to move through the construction area in a timely and safe manner.

Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to detours and traffic control signs, and flaggers. Please reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area.
