Release Reported at Donley 2-36 - Extraction Resources

Extraction Resources has notified the COGCC of a release that was reported on July 27, 2021, at the Donley 2-36 site, inside Erie limits (located north of Highway 7 and west of County Line Road).

The release was discovered during plug and abandonment operations where legacy suspected soil impacts were observed. A Form 19-Initial Spill/Release Report will be filed with the COGCC. Additional characterization of the preliminary findings is on-going. COGCC filings will be updated as/when appropriate.
