Traffic Advisory: Bonanza Drive and Hwy 7

On Thursday, April 29, Waner Construction began work to install a storm sewer on the north side of the intersection of Highway 7 and Bonanza Drive in the Colorado Department of Transportation's (CDOT) right of way as part of the Vista Ridge Filing 6 improvements. This work is being coordinated with CDOT and is expected to last two weeks, weather depending.
           
The construction will involve lane closures and shifts, but traffic will be able to go in both directions. Traffic control signage, delineators, and flaggers will be on-site to enable motorists to move through the construction area in a timely and safe manner. Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to detours and traffic control signs, and flaggers. Please reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area.
