Do You Recognize this Person?

The Erie Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the individual pictured in this surveillance footage. The individual is a white male, known to ride a bicycle with a large backpack, jacket and baseball hat.

Officers would like to inquire about his activity at 4 a.m. near the Erie Airport on Wednesday, September 2, as well as 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 3 near Erie High School.
