Did you know……. Since 2005, the Town of Erie has added 6.5 miles of Trails and 115 acres of Open Space.
In November 2004 , Erie voters approved the Trails and Natural Areas Mill Levy. Since that time, of the over $5.1 million* collected from the property tax, approximately $2.7 million has been spent on Trails construction and Open Space acquisition. (See details below.)
* The Town has received approximately $1 million in additional matching grants for Trails construction and Open Space acquisition.
