Traffic Advisory: Isabelle Road Temporary Closures

The Town of Erie, with Boulder County and the Colorado Department of Transportation, is making safety improvements to the intersection of US 287 and Isabelle Road. The improvements require a complete closure of Isabelle Road to vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, and emergency vehicles, 24/7. Access and detour routes will be available from each side of the closures. Starting April 19, crews will begin resurfacing operations.

• East Closure: Isabelle Road and 109^th Street
  Closure will last approximately 5 weeks
  Monday, April 19 at 7 a.m. – May 25, or until complete

Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to traffic control signs, reduce speeds and, if possible, avoid the construction area. 

Updates

May 21, 2021:
Paving will begin Saturday, May 22. Striping and final work on the east side will continue through Tuesday. The Closure will be moved from the east side to the west side of 287 late Tuesday, May 25.
