Is Your Cable Service in Shape?
Small problems can degrade your cable service as well as system-wide performance. To make sure all cable system equipment functions properly, if you see something “off” we want to hear about it!
Loose cables? Connections exposed to the elements? Duct tape in place of locks? Damaged boxes?
To make sure all cable equipment is well maintained, the Town is advocating on your behalf and partnering with cable providers.
Submit photos and information of damaged utility equipment by April 15, and the Town will use the information in our franchise negotiations. As a reminder, your safety is the first priority. Do not touch equipment, and contact the cable provider if you have immediate concerns.
