111th Street Sewer Installation

The progress on the sanitary sewer installation on 111th Street has been hampered and significantly slowed. The updated work schedule puts the anticipated completion through the Fall.

The work on 111th Street is part of the development work for the Nine Mile Minor Subdivision, the contractor for the Developer will begin to install the offsite sewer line in 111th Street. This work will require trenching, milling of the roadway surface and asphalt paving in large areas of the roadway between Arapahoe Road and the intersection of Flatiron Meadows Boulevard and 111th Street. The work is expected to last through the fall and will be performed in four (4) phases. Time frames and dates are subject to change due to weather and any other unanticipated delays. Updates to these closures will be given prior to the start of each phase if date or time frame changes occur.
