Arbor Day/Earth Day Celebration

Arbor Day/Earth Day is a FREE event sponsored by the Town of Erie Parks Division, the Town of Erie Sustainability Division, Town of Erie Tree Board, and the Town of Erie Sustainability Board.

The Colorado Arbor Day Poster Contest is an artistic competition for public, private, and home-schooled 5th graders across the state. The  Colorado Tree Coalition puts on the contest each year. Their goal is to increase appreciation and awareness of the role trees play in the environment and our quality of life. 

Thank you to all of the 5th grade students from Black Rock Elementary, Erie Elementary, Red Hawk Elementary, and Vista Ridge Academy that competed in the 2022 Arbor Day poster contest.
