Community Events Permit

The Town of Erie is proud to offer a diverse range of events for the community to enjoy throughout the year. We are committed to bringing people together for fun and entertainment, and we appreciate your interest in contributing to our efforts. To do so, all commercial activities and special events (e.g., bike races, running races, carnivals, parades, etc.) conducted within the Town of Erie are required to obtain a permit and/or license from the Town prior to commencing such activities. These events and activities are prohibited without a valid permit.

NOTE: This requirement does not apply to activities conducted solely on private property except that such activities will be conducted in compliance with all applicable ordinances and regulations
