Ages 18+ | Join our first annual New Year's wellness challenge, Commit to More! Beginning in January 2024, commit to more than just exercising, more than just nutrition, and more than just a short-term change. Commit to becoming the very best version of yourself in our holistic wellness approach. You’ll start by creating your SMART goals: what do you want to achieve in 2024? With the help of our certified personal trainer of your choice, you’ll begin with weekly workouts and an individualized exercise program and receive nutrition consultations with our nutritionist. If you’ve always wanted to run a 5k, start weightlifting, or take a yoga class - now is your chance! With individual and team components, we will create a community of support to encourage you to succeed.
