Programming includes drop-in group fitness classes, session bases programming, personal training, pilates reformer training, fitness assessments, nutrition consultation, body composition testing, fitness equipment orientations, youth fitness equipment certifications and more!

Youth Fitness Equipment & Track Policy:


Track
Ages 7-9 | May walk or run the track with direct adult supervision, while children 6 years of age and younger must be in a single wide stroller. Strollers may be parked in the corners of the track if directly supervised by an adult. Children not in a stroller with adults are not permitted to stop in the corners of the track for any reason.

Children 6 years old and younger | Must be in a single wide stroller on the track only and strollers may be parked in the corners of the track if directly accompanied by an adult.

Cardio Equipment
Ages 11-14 | Must complete an orientation with a Fitness Attendant (parent/guardian must be present and sign waiver) prior to using cardio equipment.

Life FitnessTM Weight Machines 
Ages 11-14 | Must complete a Youth Fitness Equipment Certification with a Personal Trainer (parent/guardian must sign waiver and fill out corresponding paperwork at guest service) prior to using the Life Fitness™ Weight Machines.

Free Weight Area

Under the age of 15 | Not allowed in the free weight area at any time.

Parent/Young Child Policy for Fitness Areas:


Infants and children under age 10 are not allowed to be with parent on cardio machines, in fitness studio, on weight machines, or in the free weight area while parent works out.  No exceptions.
