Programming includes drop-in group fitness classes, session based programming, personal training, pilates reformer training, fitness assessments, nutrition consultation, body composition testing, fitness equipment orientations, youth fitness equipment certifications, and more!
Parent/Young Child Policy for Fitness Areas:
Ages 0-10 | NO ACCESS: Fitness Studio, Fitness Equipment, Second Floor Fitness Area
Ages 11-14 | LIMITED ACCESS: Fitness Equipment, Fitness Classes, Second Floor Fitness Area
LifeFitness Weight and Cardio Machines:
Equipment Certification with a Personal Trainer required to use ALL fitness equipment
Parent/Guardian must fill out required forms and provide payment
Once certified, may use strength/cardio equipment without adult supervision
Must wear wristband while using equipment (available from Guest Service)
Fitness Classes: May attend classes with adult supervision (BodyPump 15+)
Ages 15+ | OPEN ACCESS: Fitness Equipment, Fitness Classes, Second Floor Fitness Area
Children 0-6 must remain in a single wide stroller at all times and be directly supervised
Children 7-14 may walk or run on the track with direct adult supervision
Children with adults are not permitted to stop in the corners of the track for any reason
