Pay and Benefits

The Town of Erie Police offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package and pays a substantial portion of employee premiums. 

  • The starting salary range for a POST-certified Police Officer is $72,238 - $105,352.
  • The hourly rate for a Cadet is $30 an hour.
  • Non-sworn positions pay ranges.
