For your safety and the safety of others, all skaters and spectators must abide by the following rules and regulations during their time at the Erie Ice Rink.
- The Town of Erie is not responsible for any damages or injuries
- Skaters skate at their own risk and spectators spectate at their own risk
- The Town of Erie is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
- Staff announcements and direction must be followed at all times
- Staff reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the ice or property at any time for any reason
- There is a maximum of 40 skaters allowed on the ice at one time
- Helmets and/or other protective gear is encouraged but not required
- No running, horseplay, or unruly behavior
- No food or beverage is allowed on the ice
- When on the ice:
- Stay alert and be aware of other skaters
- No cell phone use or headphones
- Skates only, no other footwear is allowed
- Skaters may not carry children or other skaters
- No games or stick and puck play allowed unless during scheduled times
- No spins or jumps when the rink is crowded
- Pass carefully and maintain a safe speed
- No one is allowed on the ice during non-skate hours or during ice resurfacing
- Do not sit, lean against, or leave items on rink boards
- No pets or animals of any kind
- No smoking, pets, or alcohol
- Please report any concerns to staff immediately
