Youth Fitness

Looking to get ready for the upcoming season with skills and drills specifically designed to improve your athleticism or itching to try your own fitness routine? We offer youth fitness equipment certifications, specialty youth fitness programs, and limited access to our other fitness amenities.  

Facility Age Restriction

Cardio, Weight Room, and Track
  1. Ages 0-11
  2. Ages 12-14
  3. Ages 15+

Ages 0-11:

  • All Community Center policies must be followed.
  • Fitness: No Access
  • Track: Young children in single wide strollers are permitted on walking track with direct adult supervision.

Teen Weight Room Orientation

Ages 12-14 | Teens learn the basics of weight lifting and weight room etiquette in this weight room orientation. All kids ages 12-14 must complete this new orientation in order to use fitness amenities. After completion, kids have full access to our upstairs weight room, cardio equipment, and running track. Orange wrist band given upon completion of class. Weight room orientations available twice a month on Sunday afternoons. Lost wristbands are $2.00 for replacement.
