Public Hearing

When applying for a Liquor License, one step before approval in the Public Hearing. The applicant should be prepared to answer questions regarding their liquor license and give testimony on their application. The Hearing Officer of the Local Liquor License Authority (LLA) will ultimately approve or deny the liquor license application.  

Written and in-person public comment may be given at the hearing by the applicant and/or by interested community members. 

Applicants for Liquor Licenses will be required to attend a hearing each year. Hearings are held on Tuesdays at 1 p.m., please review the Liquor Hearing Schedule.
