Meet Tracy Perkins - Registered Nutritionist

Tracy Nutrition Bio - 2019 Opens in new windowTracy has been a registered nutritionist since 2002, and has helped hundreds of clients reach personal nutritional goals. She specializes in individual nutritional consulting and her goal is to make choosing good food practical and attainable. She believes eating well isn’t about restriction or following a specific guideline; it’s about eating with abundance. After completing her undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, Tracy graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and went on to teach nutrition there from 2005 until 2012. From there she started her own nutritional consulting business, Whole Life Nutrition. In 2010 Tracy founded OARNN, the Ottawa Association of Registered Natural Nutritionists, a non-profit, volunteer organization whose focus was to be a collective for practicing nutritionists. She has also been a member of International Organization of Nutritional Consultants since 2003. Tracy’s ultimate goal is to help individuals understand how food is intimately connected to their health, and how simply changing what you eat can have lasting benefits on your overall wellbeing. The road to optimal health is more than just crisis management, it’s to empower individuals with specific knowledge needed to bring optimal health into their lives! Tracy moved to Colorado in 2012 with her husband and 2 daughters. Some of her hobbies include cycling, swimming, and climbing.
