The Pilates Reformer safely and effectively improves strength, flexibility and balance by developing long, lean muscles. Pilates Reformer training can also restore postural alignment, increase joint range of motion and correct over-training of muscle groups. Register, drop off a completed Fitness and Wellness Request Form, Health History Questionnaire, and submit payment at the Erie Community Center Guest Service Desk. A trainer will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your request form.
All packages are non-transferable and expire one year after date of purchase. If under 18, authorization from the Fitness Coordinator is required.
