Rental Property Accounts
Water is a lienable asset, which means that it stays with the property rather than the person. For this reason, as of January 2018, accounts are being kept in the property owner's name. Existing accounts in tenant's names have also been/are being transitioned to the property owner's information. Tenants and property management companies can be added to the account as additional contacts so that they will receive a copy of the bill and can make payments.
Changing Tenant/Additional Contact Information
If you are a property owner/manager and need to add, remove, or change tenant/additional contact information enter the requested information and submit. Changes will be made within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your request. When submitting your request, please keep in mind that we do bill in arrears and bills are not prorated to reflect a change in tenancy.
Payment Arrangements for Past Due Balances
Payment arrangements on past due balances will not be made for tenants without authorization from the property owner.
If you have any questions, please contact Utility Billing during regular business hours.
