New Resident Packets

New Resident Packets are mailed to residents after utility service with the Town has been established.  Packets include but are not limited to the following: Welcome Letter, Homebuyer's Incentive Package Application, Community Profile, Erie Edition, Resident Services Directory, 2 Free Day Passes to the Erie Community Center, Recycling Information, Police Department Brochure and Commumity Development Department Brochure.  If you have not received a New Resident Packet within 30 days, please call 303-926-2700.

Did you know all new Erie residents are eligible to receive up to $3,000 in incentives? Please print and fill out the application and attach a copy of real estate transaction or closing document as verification of closing date. 

Incentives Available for Purchasers of New and Existing Homes in Erie 

• 3-Month Family Pass to Erie Community Center* - (Valued at $189) Limited to first 100 applicants in 2013.
• Colorado National Membership Discount* - (Valued at $2,250) One Free Golf Membership Initiation Fee ($1500 value) and six months free dues with one year paid in advance ($750 value) (Associate Membership only)
• Welcome Flight* - (Value $99) Free welcome to Erie flight provided by Vector Air. This flight will introduce new Erie residents to the airport and provide an aerial tour of Erie.  Limited to first 10 applicants in 2013. 
• Ongoing Tree Incentive Program - (Value: $250) Certificates are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until all have been claimed for the calendar year. Please call the Tree Incentive Hotline (303-926-2739) to participate.  Find out more about this program here.
• Free Irrigation Audit - (Value: $110) Available on a first-come, first-served basis until all have been claimed for the calendar year. Residents can call 303-999-3820 extension 217, or register on line at http://www.conservationcenter.org at any time.
• High Efficiency Washing Machine Rebate - (Value: $50) 80 rebates of $50 each; good towards the purchase of high efficiency washing machines are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Find out more about this program here.

Additional Incentive Available for Purchasers of NEW Homes in Erie

• One Time Free Tree Program* - (Value: $200) Each buyer of a new home in Erie receives a $200 Tree Certificate good towards the purchase of trees at participating nurseries.

• In order to receive the Erie Community Center 3-Month Pass, One Time Free Tree Certificate, Golf Discount, and Welcome Flight Coupon, please print and fill out the application and attach a copy of real estate transaction or closing document as verification of closing date.
