1. What business incentives does Erie offer?

As provided for in Title 2, Chapter 9A-3 of the Erie Municipal Code, incentives are available to eligible businesses seeking to construct or expand within the town. Eligible businesses include: manufacturing, processing, distribution, retail and research and development. Recognizing that each business is unique in the type of assistance needed, the town invites businesses to contact Economic Development directly at 303-926-2764 so that we may discuss the company’s specific situation.
